DAILY AFFIRMATION "I speak Affirmations lovingly to my children. I teach them to use kindness and to be considerate of others." COMMENT Say Affirmations driectly to your children and be careful what you say and how you speak to your children. Their inner talk does not just happen. It is born of what they hear, see, and learn from others AFFIRMATION SUCCESS! Since I started teaching my children the power of affirmtions everything in our home is much, much happier and more harmonious. I got motivated when I read in your Affirmation book how Marie did her Affirmation Exercise. So I put a small box with affirmations on the breakfast table and every morning each of my girls picked one. Then she concentrated on that particular affirmation. Some of the affirmations that I wrote are: "I am happy; I get good grades; I like school; I share with my sister and others; I treat my sister and family with respect and kindness; I am a good speller," etc. Then I encourage them to take a couple of minutes at the dinner table to share their experiences using the affirmation from that morning. I suggest that all mothers use this wonderful and easy system and they will be well rewarded. I am! Many thanks and much love to you for sharing. Karen, A concerned, caring Mom
